NEW MEMBERS
2026 NEW MEMBERSHIP INTAKE IS NOW CLOSED
We will be accepting applications on:
CLOSED - New Resident Applicants: March 16 - March 22
CLOSED - New Non-Resident Applicants: March 23 - March 30
ACCEPTANCE IS NOT GUARANTEED AND THE NUMBER OF NEW APPLICANTS ACCEPTED IS LIMITED BY OUR MEMBERSHIP CAP. If spots are available, they are distributed on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you apply and there are not enough spots, we will refund your membership fee and inform you.
All accepted applications are subject to an additional $100 initiation fee.
ALL NEW MEMBERS can either apply online or via paper application. BUT PLEASE DO NOT APPLY PRIOR TO NEW MEMBERSHIP BEING OPEN AS YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE VOIDED. We strongly recommend applying online.
All new membership applications must be sponsored by a current member, in good standing for at least one year.
If you are a new applicant and don't know anyone who can sponsor you, enclose a letter with your application stating this fact and the executive will contact you for an interview (paper application) otherwise you can request an interview while applying online. New members are required to attend an orientation session (info below) before their membership card is issued. Renewing members will be required to attend a re-orientation on a periodic basis.
Dishonoured cheques will incur a $50 charge and will result in cancelation/suspension of issued memberships until membership fee and NSF fee are paid in full.

Orientation
New members are required to attend an orientation session before receiving their membership card and access to the club. The Club will send emails with orientation dates to the new members who require it.

Approvals
All applications are subject to acceptance by the Board of Directors on behalf of the Membership.
