Rental information

Rental fees and protocol for the Squamish Valley Rod and Gun Club

• Day rental of Ranges and (or) Club House by organizations: $175.00 ($150.00 if booked five or more days during a one year period.) Renters must have their own liability coverage and cell phone coverage while using our facilities.

• Evening rental of Club House by organizations: $35.00 per evening. Renters must have their own liability coverage and cell phone coverage.

When a range or the club house is rented; the range and (or) the club house is closed to club members during the rental period. A minimum of 14 days notice of a request to rent is required. Rental of facilities may be restricted during peak use by members i.e. prior and early hunting season (August – Oct.). Sundays are reserved for club members.

Enforcement agencies and other organizations when renting our facilities must have their own liability coverage as our NFA insurance does not apply. Range rules are those employed by the enforcement agency otherwise the Club range rules apply. There must be a designated Range Officer when on each of the ranges.

Enforcement agency personnel who are also members of the club must follow Squamish Valley Rod and Gun Club rules and regulations when the ranges are not rented by their agency. They will sign in using their membership number; not their agency ID; not in uniform or in enforcement vehicles or use silhouette targets.
